1. Scope
These terms apply to course enquiries, quotations and training bookings provided by National Transport Training, operated by LJS Transport Ltd. Course-specific requirements supplied with a quotation or booking confirmation also form part of the agreement.
2. Course information and eligibility
Learners must provide accurate information about their licence, qualifications, experience, health or support requirements where relevant. Entry requirements, required documents, training location and assessment arrangements will be confirmed before booking.
3. Quotations and bookings
An enquiry does not reserve a place. A booking is confirmed only when we issue confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received. Quotations remain subject to availability and any stated validity period.
4. Payments
Prices, payment dates and any deposit requirements will be shown in the quotation or booking confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, cleared payment may be required before training begins.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be provided with the quotation or booking confirmation because they may vary by course, venue, instructor and external test or assessment booking. We will explain any non-refundable third-party costs before confirmation.
6. Learner conduct and safety
Learners must follow reasonable safety instructions, behave appropriately and attend fit to participate. We may pause or end training where safety, conduct, licence status or legal requirements make continuation inappropriate.
7. Delivery and certification
Completion of training does not guarantee a test pass, licence entitlement, employment outcome or third-party approval. Certificates and documents are issued only where the relevant attendance, assessment and payment requirements have been met.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising directly from our breach and does not include indirect business loss.
